Rules and Policies
  • No commercial filming is permitted without prior written permission
  • No diving or jumping from deck, banks, or trees
  • No foul or abusive language
  • No beer kegs are permitted without prior written approval
  • No excessive alcohol use
  • No underage drinking  (We I.D.!)
  • No illegal drug use

**Customers violating the policies stated above may be expelled from the park.

-No pets.
-Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
-No Glass Containers
-No Water Balloons
-Swim at your own risk; no lifeguards on duty.
-Children under 12 must be under adult supervision at all times.
-Divers must register prior to diving
-Campers must be at least 18 to register (we I.D.)
-No rope swings allowed
-Campsites must be clean and orderly at all times
-Lanterns should be hung from ropes suspended between trees
-Drivers must be at least 16 years old to operate motorized vehicles on Ginnie Springs Outdoors property.  All off-road vehicles must be parked one hour prior to sunset.
Note:  We do not have riding trails specific for off-road vehicles.   Use of
these vehicles is allowed on camp roads for transportation purposes only.

Respect your fellow park users:

  • Observe quiet hours from Midnight -8AM
  • Observe 10 mph speed limit throughout the property.
     

Help us preserve and protect the park's environment:
-Unless conditions warrant otherwise, open fires are permitted (use common sense & good safety practices.
-Cutting of trees is not allowed. Do not nail anything to trees or other vegetation.
-Hang lanterns from ropes suspended between trees. Do not attach lanterns directly to  trees.
-Fishing is allowed in the river only (no fishing in springs or spring runs); a  current Florida fishing license is required.
-No camping in grassy areas surrounding Ginnie Springs or the Devil's Springs system.

We reserve the right to modify our rules as needed.
