The following policies apply to items ordered through our website.

Customer Satisfaction — If any item you purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization. We will issue a refund to the purchaser’s credit card or ship your exchange as soon as we receive the properly authorized return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Prices — All prices are in U.S. dollars before taxes and do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipments within Florida are assessed sales tax of 7%. Shipments outside Florida do not include sales and/or use taxes. If assessed, sales and use taxes on shipments outside Florida are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Payment — We accept most major credit cards. We will not charge your credit card until the order ships. You may also choose to enter your order online and print out your order and surface mail it to us with a money order or credit card information.

Shipping — We use United Parcel Service (UPS). The non-refundable additional shipping charge reflects our true cost of delivery and will be added to your order total. We strive to keep as complete an inventory as possible. However, at times we may be out of stock on items when they are ordered. If this happens, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
