Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled 3 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within the 3-day period will forfeit the deposit; otherwise a 3-day notice will be required to reschedule a reservation.

All rescheduled reservations must be made and deposits used no later than December 15th of that year.  Sorry, no refunds due to weather.
